Charcoal-Roasted Oolong · Nº 4
Charcoal-Roasted Oolong · Nº 4
A traditionally roasted oolong shaped by the careful application of charcoal heat over multiple roasting sessions. As the leaves cool slowly atop stone walls, notes of roasted corn, baked fruit, and caramelised sweetness emerge from the roast. The result is a tea of depth and warmth, reminiscent of winter kitchens and long evenings gathered around the table.
