High Mountain Oolong · Nº 3
High Mountain Oolong · Nº 3
A high mountain oolong grown in the cool elevations of central Taiwan, where cloud cover, mist, and significant day-night temperature shifts slow the growth of the tea plants. These conditions encourage the development of exceptional clarity and texture, resulting in a tea that is at once delicate and substantial. Floral aromas rise effortlessly from the cup while a lingering sweetness continues long after each sip.
