Pine-Smoked Black Tea · Nº 8
Pine-Smoked Black Tea · Nº 8
A pine-smoked black tea from the wooded forests of Tongmu, where the leaves are withered and dried slowly in bamboo baskets above smouldering pinewood fires. During the final stages of processing, the smoke settles gradually into the tea, creating a distinctive balance of pine resin, dried fruit, and lingering sweetness. The result is dark and nuanced, carrying notes of pine smoke, dried longan, old cedar, and warm spice.
